About The Role

The Account Executive will report to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible to:

  • Manage executive-level client relationships and proactively anticipate customer needs
  • Serve as a primary contact for technical issues and build long term relationships with existing and new partners
  • Advocate for the customer within Itemize and coordinate between Itemize’s Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive customer success
  • Become an expert in Itemize’s proprietary platform to address domain-specific issues and provide “white glove service” to enterprise clients
  • Analyze and monitor client data to identify opportunities for improvement in user adoption
  • Communicate effectively, coordinate and juggle priorities, solve problems, and make decisions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years in an enterprise sales role for a FinTech or technology company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM
  • Industry knowledge of financial supply chain, such as ERP, expense management, payables workflow, commercial payments, or other B2B SaaS experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive the sales process for enterprise sales and accounts
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
